Kim Brand was the original Fly-Girl, empowered by a strange alien force to bring justice and law to Earth.  When she wasn’t acting as a high-flying heroine, she was acting on the silver screen.  Peace came to the world about the time her powers stopped working – a happy coincidence!

Now her daughter, Kelly, must take up her mother’s mantle and become the new Fly-Girl!  But where will her powers come from, and will they be the same?  She’s smart, driven and eager – all the traits she needs to begin following in her mother’s footsteps (and wing-flaps).
